We use the finest human hair in the world. Each product that we sell is carefully handcrafted; however, all hair sheds to some degree, just like your natural hair, and this is considered normal wear and tear.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it very carefully. If you decide not to keep it, please return it to us within (3) days and we will happily exchange it for you, or issue a store credit. The item must be in it’s original condition and may not have been dyed, cut, glued, worn, washed or altered in any way, shape or form. Buyer must insure item for full amount paid and pay for shipping. Custom-made pieces are not exchangeable. There are no exceptions to the above.
