Tracey at Studio Hair is one of the nicest, patient, most professional vendors you will ever deal with. I ordered a closure which ended up not working for me and she was more than happy to promptly ship me the Bangin' Bangs in exchange. I was blown away by the wonderful customer service, the fast shipping, and the exceptional lovely quality of the hair. It works perfectly for me and every step of the way Tracey was in constant communication and it's apparent that she truly cares about her customers and their satisfaction and happiness. She is absolutely the best and so are their products! I recommend them highly and would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Studio Hair and Tracey!

Best Hair Vendor Ever!

I had to register just to comment how well I was treated by the owner of this site. I always have questions and even via email you can tell when someone is giving the "brush-off" - not Tracey. She answered the questions I asked in specific terms - not vague generalities. The bangs closure I ordered was shipped to me immediately - a Saturday delivery and I'm in NY. I've have vendors in the same area code that couldn't manage to send out their product so this was a deal breaker for me. At long last I think I've finally found a vendor I can stay with and no longer hunt for the "next hot thing". I won't even be selfish - I'm spreading the word to my beautician and friends! Long live Studio Head Dept.

This is my second order from Studio Hair Department. Both ocassions I have ordered closures from this company. Tracy assisted me and she has a very pleasant personality and was very helpful and sweet. Both times I've been in a rush for my closure to shipped overnight and she has always quickly helped me. On weekends I've emailed and shes always there to assist as well. Their hair comes nicely wrapped with a special gift and it is the most luxurious, shiny hair...wonderful quality and 100% virgin, not processed. I would recommend this company to anyone, they have great products and wonderful customer service. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this company. I've been to several companies for closures, hair, etc.., on the net and Studio Hair is the best, hands down. Keep up the good work guys! You have a forever customer here!
